Corey P. O’Dell has engaged in the practice of law since receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1978. During that time, he has acquired extensive jury trial experience in virtually all areas of litigation, including product liability, toxic tort, contract, commercial fraud and construction liability. He has argued numerous appeals in state and federal courts and represented clients in both arbitration and mediation forums. He is admitted to the bar in Illinois, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has practiced before state and federal courts in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin as well as the Federal Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation.
